He is a native of Kingston, Jamaica where he moved from to join his wife in Toronto, Canada a few years ago. Javade noticed how difficult it was for both his wife and father-in-law to file their tax each year; his father-in-law has a Small Business and his wife was also Self-Employed. They had challenges in deciding where to go and who to trust, losing out on benefits, their tax preparer being unresponsive and then at the end of the day being over charged.
